WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?
• You must be a Singaporean or PR between 21 and 60 years of age
• Earn a gross annual income of at least S$30,000.
• For salaried employee: a copy of your NRIC, latest computerized payslip or Tax Notice of Assessment or last 12 months’ CPF statement
• For self-employed: a copy of your NRIC, last 2 years’ Income Tax Notice of Assessment and documents of trade income, commission and allowances
