Spend S$80 in a single receipt and you can proceed to the TANGS customer service counter or TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card booths located in TANGS Orchard and TANGS VivoCity to sign up for the card.
How can I apply for the TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card?
Simply present same day accumulated receipts amounting to $80 at the Customer Service Counter located at TANGS Orchard, L2 and TANGS VivoCity, L1, provide some personal particulars and you will receive your personalised TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card immediately.
How does the TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card work?
The TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card offers you 6% rebate in the form of Lifestyle Dollars (L$) at the TANGS Orchard, TANGS VivoCity, STUDIOTANGS and Island Shop outlets, and 10% rebate at TANGS F&B Outlets. How do I earn and redeem rebates?
You must produce your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card at point of payment to earn rebates. No other requests will be entertained after purchase has been made. L$0.60 (L$1.00 for F&B) will be issued for every $10 (rounded down) on the eligible amount after payment made with vouchers and/or redemption of previously earned rebates. Rebates earned in current transaction can only be redeemed on your next purchase. To redeem, simply present the card and let the cashier know the amount you would like to redeem.
How do I check the balance of rebates in my account?
Your rebate balance will be reflected on the sales receipt after each transaction. You may also approach any cashier with your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card to check your balance.
Are the rebates transferable?
No. Rebates earned are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is there any expiry date for rebates?
• Rebates earned from 1 Apr to 30 Sep expire on 31 Mar of the following year
• Rebates earned from 1 Oct to 31 Mar expire on 30 Sep You should redeem your rebates within the stipulated period as unredeemed rebates will be forfeited upon expiry.
What if I have more than one card that enjoys rebates at TANGS?
You do not earn rebates on two or more cards in the same transaction. Will my card be cancelled if I don’t use it?
The TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card membership is renewed on a yearly basis. In order to qualify for automatic renewal, you will need to make a minimum purchase of $600 in 23 months. Otherwise, a $10 renewal fee will be charged. Cards with no transaction records for 12 months will be cancelled.
