My TWebbies TANGS Story

I was a member ever since I found out about TANGS.com.

I like the site because I could search the directory and seek assistance from the helpful customer service staff via email. I remember vividly that my experience with Tangs.com started when I was desperately looking for a Corelle set for my new home - which was not available almost everywhere due to stockout. TANGS came to my mind and as I was online, I decided to search for the website, and I found TANGS.com. Navigating through the portal was easy and I quickly found the "Contact Us" page where I wrote in my urgent enquiry. And that's where the magical experience began. I received a call regarding my enquiry on the availability of the Corelle set that I was looking for and Tangs had stock - Hurray! The friendly customer service staff even offered to place a reserve for me to pick up, just in case. I went down to Tangs the very next day to pick up the set and went home a very satisfied customer. Ever since, Tangs has become my preferred store as I can always get the things I need here and I like the good service from the staff.

I haven't been looking in the website for quite some time (as I was away on a business trip) and today I'm pleasantly surprised again. The site is revamped and has even included Facebook and Twitter, of which I'll be joining/following Tangs on Facebook.

Hope that Tangs will continue to keep up with times and be the best store in Singapore! :)
